The First Session
The first meeting is an assessment so that I can understand what it is that is causing you concern. Sometimes the process of talking and clarifying things can be enough in itself, but at other times ongoing therapy might be appropriate.
What happens next?
If you feel I can help we will arrange to meet for an initial assessment session which usually lasts for 1 hour at a cost of £150. I see patients in the Greater Manchester area, Stockport and Cheshire. I also provide clinical psychological services in North West London.
We will arrange at a mutually convenient appointment time. These subsequent sessions will cost £100.
If I don't feel I am the best person to help you, I will try and match you with an alternative therapist who will be of value.
